Starts with management one of the terrible magangement and toxic managers. Transportation team is really challenging and can give you hard time whenver they want and you can't complain about it. Work-culture is very toxic worst policies are there you can't get ill or else you'll face deductions from salary, yes you can apply SL but they have vpa ratings. My first salary is still not paid in full even after half a year at the office, the canteen is infested with rats, they change the salary structure without informing the employees, the working hours are not fixed and no overtime pay and a lot of other bad things.

A lot of thing for dislike . Their attendance system of manual from Oracle DHR & Timesheet applies on teams, the pathetic management and HR. No work ethics . Unnecessarily burden to a lead to work most of time however , no trust or eliminate the poor performer . Hygiene Issues on washroom etc etc.

There's nothing to like partiality is there.It depends on the TLs as well some of the TLs will take you the good position whereas some can never do that even if you are doing well and hardworking.

Partiality is there , politics is going on there.Even if you are capable of doing so much you can't expect a growth their.Those who are not even able to communicate properly will.gt promoted and some of the honesty agents will remain at same position.

Bus facility on Sunday at least from Loma TI gate to our company because 15 to 20 mins we have to walk, and I am giving this reason because on Sunday, who are stay fare already, they are handling train issue, bus issue, and even auto issue also after handling this we have to walk again is to irritate, so please request arranging from them cab or bus on weekends.

no job security all. In bench they will ask you to fake your Cv with client requirements, and will force you to attend interview, even if you don't have that skill sets. If you unable to clear any interview after 3 chances, they will ask you to put the paper.
