Their salary conditions are worst. Every month salary comes low and will be adjusted as arrears the nxt month. HR named Selvakumar Sakthivel. I dont know how he became an HR. He threatens victims of POSH cases. HR like him should be jailed for such criminal mindsets.

Starts with management one of the terrible magangement and toxic managers. Transportation team is really challenging and can give you hard time whenver they want and you can't complain about it. Work-culture is very toxic worst policies are there you can't get ill or else you'll face deductions from salary, yes you can apply SL but they have vpa ratings. The atmosphere was good in my team and the work load was not that high.

My first salary is still not paid in full even after half a year at the office, the canteen is infested with rats, they change the salary structure without informing the employees, the working hours are not fixed and no overtime pay and a lot of other bad things.

Only the Salary part which I got on time. I don’t know about other process in the same company .

A lot of thing for dislike . Their attendance system of manual from Oracle DHR & Timesheet applies on teams, the pathetic management and HR. No work ethics . Unnecessarily burden to a lead to work most of time however , no trust or eliminate the poor performer . Hygiene Issues on washroom etc etc.

Regarding the appraisal and promotion I am not liking over all even most of promotion is giving to favorites person even which employee are selected for promotion it's only for favourites

If the person is capable enough to handle the next level job role then hexaware gives chance to their employees to get promoted for next level as an acting role. Their performance are closely monitor and gets promoted to next level.

The only aspect I enjoy about this company are the two days off each week. However, I have significantly improved my soft skills, including customer handling and problem-solving.

The HR team here is the worst I have encountered in my career. They inquired about our problems two months ago, yet we are still facing the same issues. Additionally, we are not allowed to take other leaves, such as combo or paid leaves, even when we have informed them in advance.

Hexaware is a good company but talking about dislike part the appraisal part it's very slow process and the salary package was also low they should have to work on there STG people because they are not helping for the system implementation.

Organisation is over ok if you are in learning phase, you will learn many things only if your department management is good

Only drawback of this organisation is there pathetic salary structure there is no fixed in-hand salary if you are at executives or even at SME level, salaries are beneficial only for manager and above bands, there is no work life balance
