Each department has disconnection, HR or System or Finance or Recruitment or STG team. They just know to recruit people and during payment is tedious process. The exit process is due for long time.

Joined as assistant manager training but they should hire people who actually wanted to work not only to earn. Company is fantastic but Peoples are not working for 300 days in year rest 65 days they are working lazy peoples.

you can't take leaves in any type of medical or family emergencies. About the seniors they are totally depends on you they just want salary and respect but don't want to take responsibility. If u won't listen to them they will fire you . They just want people who can Polish their boots. U have to do ur job as well as ur managers jobalso . Company is not bad . Good work environment and culture. In lockdown company allowing for WFH with asset.When I was hospitalised due to COVID-19 that time company provided financial support also to me.
