When we Approach any one on teams or mail orbeven call them on teams they will not acknowledge or respond to get the issue resolved internally. Everytime when ticket is raised then only the the resolution come that time also there is no acknowledgement or response back to the owner. 1. While interviewing candidates they will give false claims that allowances will be given, food card will be given, we are following hybrid working model. But nothing is true. The only aspect I enjoy about this company are the two days off each week. However, I have significantly improved my soft skills, including customer handling and problem-solving.

The HR team here is the worst I have encountered in my career. They inquired about our problems two months ago, yet we are still facing the same issues. Additionally, we are not allowed to take other leaves, such as combo or paid leaves, even when we have informed them in advance.

Hexaware is a good company but talking about dislike part the appraisal part it's very slow process and the salary package was also low they should have to work on there STG people because they are not helping for the system implementation.

Organisation is over ok if you are in learning phase, you will learn many things only if your department management is good
