If the person is capable enough to handle the next level job role then hexaware gives chance to their employees to get promoted for next level as an acting role. Their performance are closely monitor and gets promoted to next level.

It's my first company so i liked most of the things but realized lately that everything's fake and each personality is fake and all are selfish.

Dislikes

When your manager forgets her words about you after completion of work especially during appraisal. But during hard time when Hex was about lose the project/client the same manager was assuring that she will give everything possible, where we worked day&night so hard and completed the project. Now the manager won't even remember me.

Work life balance is worst, constantly ask to extend the working hours and at the end no recognization. The increment and promotion is not given based on you performance. They will ask you to work 12 hours everyday and also ask you to work over weekends.

Management is not supportive at all. There is no professionalism with any of the lead here. Your immediate manager will not support you and will always keep his pressure on you. They usually use adamant or I would say, pathetic language to speak with harsh words. This is applicable with all leads who are at General Manager position

Depending upon the project you will experience differently. Hexaware gives a lot of training programs, udemy, hackathon to upskill oneself. Leave policy is good.

1. No job security. Once, I was in a project which came to an end. I was on bench for few days and the management offered Servicedesk project, Non-technical MIS reporting project, etc, etc. which I denied working into those project as a Technical Engineer. So the management straight away asked me to take the project or take a release which they were ready to give on the next day itself just because Hexaware did not have any projects. 2. HR do not co-operate in any way. 3. For freshers- they will sign a bond of 2 years with 2 lacs as a penalty. After that they will allocate you in any project Service-desk, MIS reporting and will not change even if you escalate. Compensation is another word for favour for them. The only aspect I enjoy about this company are the two days off each week. However, I have significantly improved my soft skills, including customer handling and problem-solving.

Dislikes

The HR team here is the worst I have encountered in my career. They inquired about our problems two months ago, yet we are still facing the same issues. Additionally, we are not allowed to take other leaves, such as combo or paid leaves, even when we have informed them in advance.

The HR systems and policies are worst as per HR US project folks are required to come to office during the day even if you don't have work and work with clients in graveyard shifts without any extra pay for overtime also they don't have a night shift first you to come to office. I work with the TL and manager was good he always support and guide me they also teach the new things it's helpful to the future.

Hexaware is a good company but talking about dislike part the appraisal part it's very slow process and the salary package was also low they should have to work on there STG people because they are not helping for the system implementation.

Organisation is over ok if you are in learning phase, you will learn many things only if your department management is good

Only drawback of this organisation is there pathetic salary structure there is no fixed in-hand salary if you are at executives or even at SME level, salaries are beneficial only for manager and above bands, there is no work life balance
