If the person is capable enough to handle the next level job role then hexaware gives chance to their employees to get promoted for next level as an acting role. Their performance are closely monitor and gets promoted to next level.

It's my first company so i liked most of the things but realized lately that everything's fake and each personality is fake and all are selfish.

When your manager forgets her words about you after completion of work especially during appraisal. But during hard time when Hex was about lose the project/client the same manager was assuring that she will give everything possible, where we worked day&night so hard and completed the project. Now the manager won't even remember me.

Work life balance is worst, constantly ask to extend the working hours and at the end no recognization. The increment and promotion is not given based on you performance. They will ask you to work 12 hours everyday and also ask you to work over weekends.

Management is not supportive at all. There is no professionalism with any of the lead here. Your immediate manager will not support you and will always keep his pressure on you. They usually use adamant or I would say, pathetic language to speak with harsh words. This is applicable with all leads who are at General Manager position

Depending upon the project you will experience differently. Hexaware gives a lot of training programs, udemy, hackathon to upskill oneself. Leave policy is good.

1. No job security. Once, I was in a project which came to an end. I was on bench for few days and the management offered Servicedesk project, Non-technical MIS reporting project, etc, etc. which I denied working into those project as a Technical Engineer. So the management straight away asked me to take the project or take a release which they were ready to give on the next day itself just because Hexaware did not have any projects. 2. HR do not co-operate in any way. 3. For freshers- they will sign a bond of 2 years with 2 lacs as a penalty. After that they will allocate you in any project Service-desk, MIS reporting and will not change even if you escalate. Compensation is another word for favour for them. There are lot of dislikes about the company, too many politics, if employee taking extra effort for his career and company benifits, but in return they always wanted to put more extra more efforts without any monitory benifits. Management people always looking for employee mistake even if it is small as well, so they can cut off employee VPA points. If there is any leave but they never allows to take leave....Read More

1. While interviewing candidates they will give false claims that allowances will be given, food card will be given, we are following hybrid working model. But nothing is true. AND BEWARE IF YOU ARE GOING TO JOIN IT INFRASTRUCTURE OPERATIONS--"DO NOT JOIN" Especially GOC team plase make sure you do not join this team. 2.Here right drom the Team Leads, Managers, SDMs all are pathetic they will suck the life out of you and in return you will only get more work and criticism that too below the belt. 3.This company is dominated by people Sitting in Chennai office and these guys get their friends and relatives on boarded using their position and contacts and then that new comer will dominate his subordinate. 4.Seniors can take leave whenever they Although the leaves are by default approved by the system but still for 2 days leave if you are juniors you'll have to take approval from your manager and SDMs. 5.Overall very toxic culter, everyone is playing blame game and no employee wellfare policy Most highlighting part is they will change policy for juniors on their will and if no one follows it he will be put to PIP and then pressurize you to resign....Read More

In the name of cost cutting and for getting the cost cutting incentive or bonus the managers from top to bottom will provide 6 people in the place of 10 people. All 6 people must work hard. Bus facility on Sunday at least from Loma TI gate to our company because 15 to 20 mins we have to walk, and I am giving this reason because on Sunday, who are stay fare already, they are handling train issue, bus issue, and even auto issue also after handling this we have to walk again is to irritate, so please request arranging from them cab or bus on weekends.
