Likes

The staff, owners and environmental is super good. It's like one bug family who care for each other while maintaining professional standards. Work and personal life is seperated by provided personal feedbacks on one on one basiss. Professional apraisals are carried on early basiss. The best thing about Heritage is the international experience you get while working in India.

There is a 3 month notice period before you resign.

It's very awesome!! I started as a receptionist first but later on got promoted to the Finance Manager role seeing my educational background. The jobe role heloed me develooe my skills and talent.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
