The promotion process is quite challenging. For JG7, candidates must go through interviews. For JG8 (Project Lead), the process is even more demanding - first, an interview with JG9 and if cleared, a rigorous annual program then again 2 rounds of interviews with JG10 & JG11. However, completing the program does not guarantee a promotion, as selections are based on business requirements. Beyond promotions, there are several management issues. Many managers lack essential project management skills, such as proactive communication, handling team queries and emotional intelligence. They often reach out to employees after office hours and work late into the night, setting an unhealthy work culture. -mostly engagements are with foreign stakeholders so don't find the logic of asking to be in office mandatory 2 days a week. -More trainings should be there wrt the work

In here company the team member has been misjudged based on SME's talk same thing happened in my case the manager terminated me while everything was happening No one understood my side, they terminated me against my will, but I humbly request you to consider my comments.
