They will give training for ANSA and Hypermesh. They will give training to the freshers.

Dislikes

Minimum three years bond is mandatory for all the employees. If we need to break we need to pay 2lakhs. Work life balance is very poor,need to work min 10hrs daily. Need to come in weekend but no benefits/combo off. Politics are more between the teams, those who support management will get more hike. All the technical experts left the organisation. No friendly environment in the company. Office language is only Tamil, it’s very difficult for other people....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
