I love to boss around people mess up with their work life balance. Being a writing head in this company means you get to have a wonderful time with junior girls in this company. The hierarchy and the partiality of the management towards the upper authority is just awesome.

No Job Security - Employees can be terminated without any prior notice, even after meeting the targets. Delayed and Dedcuted Salaries - Payments are frequently delayed, with unexplained deductions. Toxic Work Culture - Office politics and favouritism are rampant, making the work environment highly stressful IIIicit Workplace Relationships - Manager plays favourites, especially due to personal relationship, leading to an unfair treatment and biased decisions. No Work-Life Balance - Despite claiming fixed work hours, employees are expected to work late into the night and even join meeting past midnight. Where should I start? First of all there is no management. Its a complete hellhole. They will tell you the working hours are 10 to 6 but in reality they will make you work past 8. They'll say Saturday is a half day but its not. The TLs are incompetent and the puppets pf the manager. The manager is the worst of the worst. That thing will deliberately make you type 4000+ words a day. The piece of crap is completely arrogant and won't care of you die on the desk typing. He will force you to work even after your work hours and to join meetings even after 12 in midnight. If I keep writing it will take ages to complete. Overall, if you join gere you're doomed. One more thing the HR and my god that lady is filled with false promises. She will not provide you any offer letter and will keep delaying it with excuses. Salary is also not on time. These are just the tip of the iceberg. There are lot more unimaginable things that are going in there. Don't join here if you care about your own health and career. 1st is the writi g head, Mr. Ataur Rob. Complete fraud. Promised me all of things and then have all of his responsibility to me and began developing relationship with Kulsum Khatun. 2nd is the HR. Anushree Mukherjee. Did not understand my problems. Conspired against me with other employees 3rd the owner, Mizanur Rahaman. He doesn'tcare about his company. The management is extremely poor and there is no communication or understanding between the writing and sales departments. Absolutely zero work-life balance. Fresher writers are going to struggle because there will be no help for you.
