No Job Security - Employees can be terminated without any prior notice, even after meeting the targets. Delayed and Dedcuted Salaries - Payments are frequently delayed, with unexplained deductions. Toxic Work Culture - Office politics and favouritism are rampant, making the work environment highly stressful IIIicit Workplace Relationships - Manager plays favourites, especially due to personal relationship, leading to an unfair treatment and biased decisions. No Work-Life Balance - Despite claiming fixed work hours, employees are expected to work late into the night and even join meeting past midnight. Unprofessional HR - HR fails to address employee concerns and often misleads new hires with false promises. Unethical practices - The company engages in questionable business operations, making it an unstable place to work

There is absolutely no job security in the organisation. Your employment could be terminated without any prior intimation or discussion, totally based on the whims of the management and not your performance. So if you come from a financially needy background, you need to consider the possibility very thoroughly. There are also the issue of preferential treatment towards certain employees (young female employees) as a result of the manager sharing personal relationships. You can very well become a victim of its impact as the manager attempts to unethically safeguard such preferential employees over your concerns and needs. They also use questionable methods for completing tasks involving AI, paraphrasing tools and even translators. So if you are a hardworking writer who actually prioritise the success of the clients, then this organisation is not a good fit for you. The HR is incompetent and completely clueless regarding her job role. However, she can also be very misleading so be very careful during the interview while discussing the terms of employment, company culture, work-life balance, daily word counts. You also need to have your own device and internet connection and you are expected to bring the device everyday from home (at your own risk of damage while travelling). You can be rejected or may be promptly terminated after a month (depending upon their whims and urgency) if you do not have your own device.

1st is the writi g head, Mr. Ataur Rob. Complete fraud. Promised me all of things and then have all of his responsibility to me and began developing relationship with Kulsum Khatun. 2nd is the HR. Anushree Mukherjee. Did not understand my problems. Conspired against me with other employees 3rd the owner, Mizanur Rahaman. He doesn't care about his company. Fully trust the HR and the Writing Head. And finally the company policy. Work is from 10am to 6pm but they make you work till 8 even 9. Very bad company. Do not join.
