- friendly colleagues - neat and clean - good environment - good salary (monthly incentive, bonus) - free food (two times in day) - free coffee and tea

-work culture -toxic upper management -company will relocate in every 3,4 months. -no work from home (even if u sick) -wants you to work on weekends -wants u to work 10+ hour -no work life balance -senior people are rude -hr doesn't respond (once you get hired) -mental issues

Appraisal not on basis of Work and also your punctuality not considered, Inexperienced seniors and executive, No Team management, Worst Team Manager and Team leaders, Rules of the company not applicable to management team and rules meant for only to team members and rules keep on changing as per company owner and not on government policy.
