They are only making reels

Dislikes

Company has worst culture over there..they just hire fresher to attract them, then after few months the reality is only workload no work-life balance, no work satisfaction, no appreciation, even after a year there is no chance of promotion. The owner is only making reels and playing politics so to get profit for her. Kindly don't join this company

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
