Every thing.. unable to understand how this bank has become the no.1 retail bank in india with such horrible policies a& work culture where above sales managers no body works, only delegation of work by the supervisors & supervisors would seat idle hours after hours with no work only time pass.

Seriously nothing all Indian private banks have the highest attrition rate as cover to globally. No hr culture, there is office to join in morning but no time to go home. All means of communication is official for them. 4.5% annual increment

Everything There is no guidance for future growth, beg borrow steal. That’s the only motto, get the sales number high. Any person can come out of no where and give you target and make you realised you are worthless not justifying your salary.

Work balance is there but no life. Extended hours of working even when you are not supposed to stay. Hr just a pacifier rather than problem solving or solution provided If you are single it will be a best place because you have no time to concentrate on the family

Unrealistic target giving employee very bad department like merchant services, ME sale team you can talk and by senior manager giveing warning for complete unrealistic target Like , product all type insurance or Term loan

Bank management or seniors not focus on core business, only focus on cross sale like all type insurance and term loan, unrealistic target on cross sale.

Nothing is there to like. It's worst than worst I even had experienced like this type of culture and job role.

Need to change everything. Especially HR Management should be stronger than sales team. Check the ground level reality and efforts then assign the proper work to the respective experienced persons.

Branch Manager cluster head bad words and torcher and demotivation..internal politics b/w Branch Heads and cluster head and zonal Heads.Poor HR policy towards Staff . No communication from HR.Branch Managers are sitting ideally and putting more pressure on team.. clusters heads are not guiding staff and they are scolding staff likeanything. Mr. Shwetark singh. And BM Mr. Naveen Kumar both are useless fellow in the system.totaly bank is good system is good. But useless CHs and BM are there .. monitor them and avoid loosing staff......Read More

We are compensated for every product we brought in to the bank.Very excellent incentive bonus and commendable increment as to the position we occupy in the bank.Promotion to the next cadre according to your performance very strictly.

We are tensed on several occasions due to non performance on several occasions.The attitude of seniors is very bad.
