Work environment is horrible RM doesn't know how to talk with the team uses raw Hindi slangs with every one in the team meetings When complained neither the upper management nor the HR took any steps

1. No proper response from HR team 2. No benefits 3. No recognition for your work 4. No values 5. Even managers also not support 6. If employee give resignation, HR will not conduct exit interview and no inputs taking from employees 7. I will not recommend for friends and others

Wrong Info from Hiring team. They will tell one location at the time of hiring, after joining into hcl you will get to know that your work location is out of state. They will mentally harrass you to put your paper down, if you do not accept the location. They will play nasty hell tricks to bend you for their convince of location. Worst experience in my entire IT industry experience

They play with employees career. Without knowing employees profile they put the employee in any process. Annual increment is not there. When increment time will come they change the process or put employees in bench. They includes the Bonus amount in CTC and told you this much is your CTC but in reality they give very less amount of Bonus although that is part of CTC. PF deducted both sides from yout Salary. They suddenly decrease your salary without any sense and said there is some adjustment. But what adjustment will not reveal. These days HCL is one of the worst company to work. Pathetic Leadership and Management No work life balance Human resource is only to show, 2 and half year I haven't met them yet Instead of IT Org soon will become educational institute Law of land says 48 hours working however no one consider what you are forced to do after that Promotion is only for people who does not have values and ready to do anything(hope message is clear)
