Worst management. They like chamcha only. Your hard work will doesn't work in HCL. they are deducting EPB from salaries of their employees. If we are reaching to them then HR stating it's management decisions and it will deduct until your rating in not 10 out of 10 and they are not giving 10 to any employee. It means they have created such policies to deduct salaries of employees. I have 127 appreciations in one calendar year and my rating was 9.7 and they have deducted 20% from monthly EPB and same has been deducted from yearly performance bonus. It’s good for people who want to learn and work on new things. Here the reward for good work is more work. So there is good learning.

Dislikes

Run by bunch of egoistic godfathers who just are focused on getting their things done. Promote those who support these godfathers. Or, they don’t care whether you exist or not. Growth is stagnant if you are complacent though you are hardworking.

Work Culture is bad. Managers don't know how to speak with subordinates. Time wasted in lonnnngg meetings. No focus. No quality work which help to enhance skills.

HCL have good project where one can learn a lot and develop their skills so good for Skill development. Job security is also good as HCL gives ample opportunity.

Work Life balance is terrible. No Appraisal. There is quarterly appraisal so based on that they cut your monthly bonus. They have software to Count your productive hours.

1. No proper response from HR team 2. No benefits 3. No recognition for your work 4. No values 5. Even managers also not support 6. If employee give resignation, HR will not conduct exit interview and no inputs taking from employees 7. I will not recommend for friends and others
