Nothing to like here, candidates should not waste their time after applying here, wait time is too long here to get the feedback from hiring team.

Hiring process is terrible here, not giving feedback on time, zero percent transperancy and they will take back the offer for silly reasons.

If you’re in a nice team, you can use flexible hours to your benefit (in some cases).

Flexible hours are not flexible for the employees but for the organization. They pay scale and work will never match unless you can work your way through seniors. If you’re completing something fast you won’t be remunerated for that but be loaded with additional work.
