Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Compensation and EPB policy is very bad. If you work for three years in the organization, you wont even get 2000rs hike. (Even though you are top performer). If you put down papers, company will cut all the previous year hike's by showing internal policies.

Salary - Bad
Skill development - Bad
Promotions - Bad
Company culture - Poor

Work Details

Not for hardworking employees.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have offers from these two organizations: 1) EXL Services - Offering total CTC of 25 LPA (22.5 Fixed, C1 Manager band) (More inclined to take this one) 2) HCLtech - Offering total CTC of 22 LPA (18.7 Fixed , Associate Consultant) Which one to choose?
