Every company is good but management tarnish the goodwill n reputation of company. No salary hike at all so I would suggest please don't pull yourselves in a dirty hole.

I would like to request you all for your valued advice on how is HCL tech as a company. I have been offered consultant role & have received a 30 % hike. However, a huge chunk of the offered CTC has gone into variable components(EPB bonus, performance bonus). Can you guys please share if hcltech pays the EPB bonus fully/ Month?
