HCL Technologies is one of biggest Company's in India, which provides number opportunities in every sector.

Dislikes

HCL is very good organization to work with and lurn about new technologies. But in HCL Nagpur GIT is the worst project who doesn't recognize and appreciate employees work. All the GIT management is Biased..the people who are seeing this I can only suggest them to be the part of HCL in any other project interested GIT.

Suggest how to switch support to MERN

Hey there! I'm working in HCLTECH and have 3 years of experience in a support project simple copy and paste. I have learned HTML, CSS, Javascript, React.js , Node.ja (MERN stack). Also giving an interview right now 10-11 I have appeared. Not selected anywhere. Some interviews I have answered all questions but I didn't hear back. Asking for expected CTC 8 lpa and current is 4lpa. Please suggest how to crack a MERN interview. Do I need to be ready for machine coding rounds Because in the first round I have an idea right now, javascript basics, some coding questions on array and strings also concept of react and node. Please suggest what areas I should focus on. How to tell the interviewer I am a MERN developer not working on a support project because one interviewer had doubts. If someone switched please share your experience Thank you all for your time.
