There are very few and supporting leaders in the company.
No work life balance. No proper estimation and unrealistic targets which in turn affect the employees working timings without any allowance. We are forced to work in weekends to meet the target. Only 3% hike when the company can sponsor for cricket. HR doesn't support employees but rather support the leadership. No salary increase from past 2 years, its luck for you if your manager hear your query, also 1-2 years of experience HR will be top of your head doesn't matter how much experienced you are

Job security, international client base, on-site, decent facilities in office, multiple technologies so you can move internally and learn.
Poor salary hike, people loyal to the company are under appreciated, no mechanism to match the salary of existing employees as per market standards no matter how skilled or certified we are. I got opportunity to restart my job after a break.
Client is God, even if client is doing things unethically it cannot be highlighted. Some of my colleagues were badly abused and exploited, when they complaint, they were released from project without taking any actions. HCL fill seats of projects with family or friends of client which results in bad culture and dirty politics withinproject. Here people work for their own survival not for learning or innovation. HRs in HCL never respond or rudely respond to queries raised which further demotivate the zeal of a person working at HCL. Appraisal cycles are always delayed and postponed. Company is an excellent, female’s employees are over protected by the organisation. Company has health insurance that is very useful. They have so many benefits for pregnant ladies like insurance also in cabs they will carefully taken care. Infrastructure is awesome.
HR will not respond properly. No one will question what every happen inside the project. Some managers are from heaven so no one can ask anything to them even they hurt the employees emotionally inside the project. There is no rules for the heavenly managers.
