After joining in the company no one will look into our problems,they won't respond to mails, calls, etc. Issues will not solved and Management is very very very worst

Management and HRs are very very bad. One manager name Mohit from Australia and Rohini from Singapore of my project for BP are very bad. HR name vikash also very bad. They are not listening any one. They are also sitting abroad and playing with companies brand value. Management should look into those person. For those kind of people others are getting suffocated at work location.

If you ask for an increment they will say it like we're not doing well and the client is not happy with our performance. But their financials say there's a huge profit.

Overall HCL Tech is a very good company. If you need anything HCL provided like timing shift training no pressure from the senior side it very good hybrid policy I am completely satisfied with the company's working process.

Shift training is very long approximately 9:30 hours.

Nowadays I feel that they are considering only the organization growth not about the employees genuine concerns which leads employees to get frustrated at some point.

I have been in hcl from past 5 years and it an OK company. Job security is good here. They will definitely align you in a project if you on bench. So okay for that. Appraisals are not so good they will always hold the appraisal letter untill December of every year. Work culture has been getting decreased day by day as they don't hire much. Food available everytime in cafeteria. Outside view is good .

Perks and benefits are not good and deduction in salary on the basis of performance which is not good by compony . Every employee wants more and more hikes and who do not perform well for money . Who wants deduction but compony policy is to deduct from variables on the basis of performance .washrooms and breakout area are not hygienic .

I have been working here from 2.5 years and there was no hike from past 2 years last month received hike even that is not justified. No Proper clarification for anything, Their Unified ticket tool is also not worth their team is not responding properly. They are just closing the tickets without clarifications.
