HCL is reputated and good company, as it adds positive thing in your CV.

Dislikes

No career growth and poor in salary package but not in all department. Few department are not worth working for, and some are awesome.

I have been working in this company for more than 3.5 years and still no growth. Never join this company. You will also get no support from HR or higher management.

Yes the company is good, no doubt but yes the management of b-serce is really pathetic. They are exploiting the workers , even though team leader is not helpfull neither manager.

Dislikes

I'm working in night shift, no night allowance no cab facility, not much salary, management is not cooperative. Canteen food is terrible.
