There is no appraisal in the company. Managers hardly provide you good opportunities.
No appraisal, No growth, No good increment. Only good comfort zone. Don' t expect you will get any goodies. No off on Diwali even. You have to login on that day. No off on US holidays even you are in US shift.

I have been working here from 2.5 years and there was no hike from past 2 years last month received hike even that is not justified. No Proper clarification for anything, Their Unified ticket tool is also not worth their team is not responding properly. They are just closing the tickets without clarifications.

Worst Manager, worst management. Lot of micromanagement. There is Nippon app which will track you for every single minutes and if you are idle for 2 minutes, it will not consider your efforts. Minimum 8 hrs is mandatory. If you have any other offer please do consider that.
