Good work must be rewarded appropriately, irrespective of whether the resource is on bench on leave during appraisal/increment cycle.
Managers at client locations should not insist offshore resources to work on weekends when the work is manageable within the working days(monday to friday), just because he/she can charge the client to load up his/her own pocket.
