One thing only that no one cares about you mean to say when are you coming or going to office...now it's upon you takes it positive or negative....HCLT or Wipro these companies are kind of Desi companies...if u r 3.1 + above band then 15-20 % salary they will make as bonus and wipe out

No salary increase from past 2 years, its luck for you if your manager hear your query, also 1-2 years of experience HR will be top of your head doesn't matter how much experienced you are

Job security, international client base, on-site, decent facilities in office, multiple technologies so you can move internally and learn.

Poor salary hike, people loyal to the company are under appreciated, no mechanism to match the salary of existing employees as per market standards no matter how skilled or certified we are. Lazy employees who are in good books with managers are not questioned leading to more workload on employees who are hard working. Regional politics and use of regional languages by senior management.

They are hiring people for a project but after joining they keep the resource on bench and for bench people, they have to come to office 5 days in a week for minimum of 6 hours. Those people who are relocating for joining to HCL, they keep them on bench and then they are not reimbursing their relocation expenses by saying you are on bench.

Client is God, even if client is doing things unethically it cannot be highlighted. Some of my colleagues were badly abused and exploited, when they complaint, they were released from project without taking any actions. HCL fill seats of projects with family or friends of client which results in bad culture and dirty politics withinproject. Here people work for their own survival not for learning or innovation. HRs in HCL never respond or rudely respond to queries raised which further demotivate the zeal of a person working at HCL. Appraisal cycles are always delayed and postponed. 1. Only God knows about appraisal cycle and evaluation method 2. 100% u won't get variable pay though u got better rating 3. Montly pay have variable component, that too won't be payed 100% which means ur take home salary varies every quarter 4. Don't bother even u worked for HCL more than 10 years ,if u r in bench for 4 weeks ,HR team will block access and threnten u to submit resignation

No bus facility, not good work culture, no work-life balance, worst senior management, very bad appraisal mechanism and which is not implemented or followed by management effectively, salary hikes are very less sometimes a big NO for it, No transparency in any process, policies are there just in documents nothing is favoured to employees and will be considered by HR team only when they need. The interactive culture, Job security and skill development is something I can brag about my company.

Everything else except the goods I mentioned above. Especially the salary benefits, people who are newly joining and people who are already having higher salary might get what they wanted.. but people like me who have average salary (below 30k) and average 5 yrs experience, can never expect anything good since they think I don't deserve it.

I was working in HCL Tech and my client was Nomura. Only the cab facility was ok but overall nothing to like.

There are many dislikes. Lots of work pressure, not getting leaves on the said dates. Dirty politics in office. Many favouritism No appreciation to the hard workers. No proper work management. No increment.

Worst salary, worst promotion, everything is worst. You have to be spoon of your manager. The appraisal process is worst. You need setting with your manager. HR are puppet of manager, HR will never respond your query, especially regarding salary and promotion.
