Manager given too much power even if he's incompetent, HR non existent , too much politics like manager can twist company policies against u and there is no check. Leadership needs to be more competent. New comer less experience, average performance, but managers favorite will get appraisal in first few months even. Worst Manager, worst management. Lot of micromanagement. There is Nippon app which will track you for every single minutes and if you are idle for 2 minutes, it will not consider your efforts. Minimum 8 hrs is mandatory. If you have any other offer please do consider that.

Females dont have general shifts when they become mothers so that they will not use the day care facility from the co. And it will impact to the womens employess work performance to their project.

Overall HCL Tech is a very good company. If you need anything HCL provided like timing shift training no pressure from the senior side it very good hybrid policy I am completely satisfied with the company's working process.

I have been in hcl from past 5 years and it an OK company. Job security is good here. They will definitely align you in a project if you on bench. So okay for that. Appraisals are not so good they will always hold the appraisal letter untill December of every year. Work culture has been getting decreased day by day as they don't hire much. HRs are biased. Management very poor. If employee wants to buy out notice period they don't release them and make sure that employee lose their opportunities in better company. Salary process is very poor and compensation released after 1.5 years. Even they don't give the promotion if employee gets in notice period. They don't givepromotion on skill and hard work basis. If you are mechanical engineer then please do job in small scale industries but dont join this HCL as mechanical engineer. They dont give hikes more than 3% on your CTC. Be jobless and frustrated but once you join, its more frustrating than being jobless
