No guarantee of promotion, very little hike or no hike, almost zero employee benefits (except medical), very difficult to get even small things like stationeries, printout, micro management.

There is no specific criteria for promotion and salary hike for laterals is not satisfied. Some time they won't give hike. They won't provide valid reason also. Very disappointed in terms of salary hike and promotions.

I don't have any dislike options about working at hcl tech.

Worst management . All higher position people are like authority. They didn't talk with you properly if you are in a bad situation inside company.

Job security is good in HCL.

Dislikes

HRs are biased. Management very poor. If employee wants to buy out notice period they don't release them and make sure that employee lose their opportunities in better company. Salary process is very poor and compensation released after 1.5 years. Even they don't give the promotion if employee gets in notice period. They don't givepromotion on skill and hard work basis.
