People who keep job security over growth join this company because they don't have any selling point apart from job security.
Company don't bother about attrition and the company which doesn't bother about it is not employe centric. They should hire managers from top B schools or MNCs only who understand MNC culture cause current managers, PM came from lala companies have zero leadership skills and only knows micromanagement and focus on controlling.

Worst management No option for career growth At Bangalore campus food option is limited on non business hrs(although its a 24x7 company) Hike 1% or less. ODC s are pathetic with worst chairs. No scope of any improvement as it may incur cost to the project and they will not provide

As per company and policy is concerned, it is terrible. Don’t get the appraisal letters on time, if we ask HR or Reporting Manager, we don’t get proper response and sometimes no response. No value for the work we do.

HRs are biased. Management very poor. If employee wants to buy out notice period they don't release them and make sure that employee lose their opportunities in better company. Salary process is very poor and compensation released after 1.5 years. Even they don't give the promotion if employee gets in notice period. They don't givepromotion on skill and hard work basis. Company is an excellent, female’s employees are over protected by the organisation. Company has health insurance that is very useful. They have so many benefits for pregnant ladies like insurance also in cabs they will carefully taken care. Infrastructure is awesome.
HR will not respond properly. No one will question what every happen inside the project. Some managers are from heaven so no one can ask anything to them even they hurt the employees emotionally inside the project. There is no rules for the heavenly managers.
