Work-life balance is very good. Having a cooperative boss can make the tenure with the company quite good. Campus is good. Jobs are secure unless you are in sales or delivery. Freedom to work in your own way and take ownership.

There is no growth within the company. With two top ratings and a promotion, my salary remained the same. From what I know, my appraisals were best and I can only imagine what happened to the others. Whatever increment I got was shrewdly apportioned to my variables which are always delayed and highly arbitrary, irrespective of top rating. Also, at senior level, they have a retention policy where they ask for a lot of money at the time of leaving the company.
