As a fresher I ve learnt more.. But at the same time few of my friends didn't learn anything...so that depends on where you are !

Worst Manager, worst management. Lot of micromanagement. There is Nippon app which will track you for every single minutes and if you are idle for 2 minutes, it will not consider your efforts. Minimum 8 hrs is mandatory. If you have any other offer please do consider that.

Work stations, parking zones, all facilities like cafe, washrooms, infrastructures even locations are very excellent and multiple projects gives you opportunities not to go anywhere, ......

Females dont have general shifts when they become mothers so that they will not use the day care facility from the co. And it will impact to the womens employess work performance to their project.

Manager given too much power even if he's incompetent, HR non existent , too much politics like manager can twist company policies against u and there is no check. Leadership needs to be more competent. New comer less experience, average performance, but managers favorite will get appraisal in first few months even. While u beinga great performer but boss doesn't personally like u, he will gv appraisal that too hike of 6% in 2.5 years (first appraisal after 2.5yrs). The appraisal process has been worsening day by day. People are getting No Change or negligible changes in annual appraisal. Monthly performance bonus is getting deducted for all. Very pathetic.

Management and HRs are very very bad. One manager name Mohit from Australia and Rohini from Singapore of my project for BP are very bad. HR name vikash also very bad. They are not listening any one. They are also sitting abroad and playing with companies brand value. Management should look into those person. For those kind of people others are getting suffocated at work location.
