1) No Appreciation 2) No encouragement 3) For HCL you are only a resource who are working to generate revenue. But you don't dare to ask any rewards of your hardwork. If you will ask also no one will bothered. They ll treat you like you don't exit . Company only knows how to take from you. Inflation ll be completely ignore by hcl.
