Worst culture.especially managers.and Deustche bank project is the worst of all.don't join this company . especially if you are recruited for deustche Bank,100% don't join here.

HCL Tech Offer Evaluation

I would like to request you all for your valued advice on how is HCL tech as a company. I have been offered consultant role & have received a 30 % hike. However, a huge chunk of the offered CTC has gone into variable components(EPB bonus, performance bonus). Can you guys please share if hcltech pays the EPB bonus fully/ Month? How is the job security for mid-level experienced employees?
