Manager given too much power even if he's incompetent, HR non existent , too much politics like manager can twist company policies against u and there is no check. No salary increment No promotions They re conducting events but that was not organised but moreover it may depends on your project ..but I could see other employees are enjoying all such events where am not ! 😂 That's y am sayings it's purely based on your project

Work stations, parking zones, all facilities like cafe, washrooms, infrastructures even locations are very excellent and multiple projects gives you opportunities not to go anywhere, ......

Females dont have general shifts when they become mothers so that they will not use the day care facility from the co. And it will impact to the womens employess work performance to their project.

Perks and benefits are not good and deduction in salary on the basis of performance which is not good by compony . Every employee wants more and more hikes and who do not perform well for money . Who wants deduction but compony policy is to deduct from variables on the basis of performance .washrooms and breakout area are not hygienic .

I have been working here from 2.5 years and there was no hike from past 2 years last month received hike even that is not justified. No Proper clarification for anything, Their Unified ticket tool is also not worth their team is not responding properly. They are just closing the tickets without clarifications.

Seriously a bad management, no humanity, no concern for agents, no appraisals, no incentives, no perks, no bonus, no outings, no enthusiasm, they won't even care if you are sick you are supposed to come to office faint or die and then they would accept that you are actually sick orelse you can never get sick as per them

Job security is good in HCL.

HRs are biased. Management very poor. If employee wants to buy out notice period they don't release them and make sure that employee lose their opportunities in better company. Salary process is very poor and compensation released after 1.5 years. Even they don't give the promotion if employee gets in notice period. They don't givepromotion on skill and hard work basis. If you are mechanical engineer then please do job in small scale industries but dont join this HCL as mechanical engineer. They dont give hikes more than 3% on your CTC. Be jobless and frustrated but once you join, its more frustrating than being jobless

Never value your skills as fresher if you ask they will put in Service desk. No skill fresher will be in developer roles. Skilled fresher will be in Service desk/ Supporting roles
