Only what I can see good is job security but also the other factors which can push you to lose your job.

Promising hybrid from last August but no solution, as per then for few employees they are not doing at for so called "team chain" Less salary with a huge 3.8% hike Can not see promotion untill you are a management employee Work satisfaction was good till some time but company has ruined it well. Everything including culture, work life, salary, promotion. They won't pay variable pay. Unnecessary deductions in salary with no reason. If we ask They will not respond but close the ticket telling policy without telling what policy says.

If we are looking for cool life then its good.. Work culture is good we can easily balance the prof and personal life.

Dislikes

Don't expect the hike and promotions. If we are working for pay then I shouldn't recommand this company but am sure the life will go cool with less work presure here

The HCL India pvt Ltd is one concern helping even non-IT people to upskill and grow their career in this field . Pay is fair and management is very helping .

Dislikes

Career is jigsaw puzzle ,you will have to solve and find out your responsibility which as fresher was difficult to know right from beginning though it helped you grow and mature as individual.

Fully hindi speaking people control higher population.Ratings are not given base on skill and capabilities.mostly south people will be under estimated purosely by north people.

Dislikes

8year bond for 12th students.education provided to techbee is not regular which will spoil future. South people are getting kicked by north people intentionally by giving flase ratings to ensure hindi speaking people sustainablity

Trust me there is nothing to like about while working with this organisation. Higher leadership is the nost uneducated and irresponsible people I have ever come across. Even If you don't have a job be jobless and thankful to almighty for not having you an offer from HCL atleast.

You will get health check-ups for free of cost for family and can consult Dr. Also.. hybrid policy is good as can’t get leave of festival but can do work from home

Culture and office politics and management. System don’t work properly then they can to do compensate without overtime. Their have 10hrs work policy and if doing from home ask to extend the shift if not doing then giving bad rating in appraisals. Delaying while recruiting and also delays in appraisals by 14 to 15 months. They should really work on this parts.

This organization has extremely toxic culture, get ready for no promotions/appraisal they will give you all sorts of reasons to skip discussion about appraisals. And god forsake even if you manage to get good ratings it shall be generally delayed by an year easily. The top creamy layer always gets the attention they need but overall the organization is an goverment organization.
