If we are looking for cool life then its good.. Work culture is good we can easily balance the prof and personal life.

Dislikes

Don't expect the hike and promotions. If we are working for pay then I shouldn't recommand this company but am sure the life will go cool with less work presure here

Fully hindi speaking people control higher population.Ratings are not given base on skill and capabilities.mostly south people will be under estimated purosely by north people.

Dislikes

8year bond for 12th students.education provided to techbee is not regular which will spoil future. South people are getting kicked by north people intentionally by giving flase ratings to ensure hindi speaking people sustainablity

My manager is very worst. He wants us to work for 16 hours a day. He forces us to support for 24/7 with 2 resources. HRs won’t respond at all although we complain multiple times.

And god forsake even if you manage to get good ratings it shall be generally delayed by an year easily. The top creamy layer always gets the attention they need but overall the organization is an goverment organization.
