Medical facilities are good

Dislikes

No hikes , they will try to deduct salary from in different ways. Recently they introduced quarterly appraisal which will deduct from EPB(which was coming 100% earlier ).

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
