I don't like anything in HCL. It's a worst and horrible company.

Dislikes

Firstly they hold the employees on bench and after that HR forcefully resigned the employees as they told they only provide platform not any project.

If we are looking for cool life then its good.. Work culture is good we can easily balance the prof and personal life.

Don't expect the hike and promotions. If we are working for pay then I shouldn't recommand this company but am sure the life will go cool with less work presure here

The HCL India pvt Ltd is one concern helping even non-IT people to upskill and grow their career in this field . Pay is fair and management is very helping .

Dislikes

Career is jigsaw puzzle ,you will have to solve and find out your responsibility which as fresher was difficult to know right from beginning though it helped you grow and mature as individual.

Work culture is good if have assigned to Billable Project. As a service industry, You Value till Billable assignment once you released from Project No mercy.

Work satisfaction. Bench Policy is horrible. Not assigned to project for which hired. No response from HR and leaders management team.

CTC they offered and hand on salary was not same. HR shared information will joining was not matches with giving benefits. Leave policy was not satisfied. Managers are not giving free hand learn new technology. Managers are not rude but they always give new tasks.

Everything including culture, work life, salary, promotion. They won't pay variable pay. Unnecessary deductions in salary with no reason. If we ask They will not respond but close the ticket telling policy without telling what policy says.
