No Ramp up for new joinee, no documents repository sharing along with Project Tools license, need to work on excels for reporting purposes, no proper induction about the company. No HR discussion post joining.Nobody reverts on email timely, no professional environment.

Not enough increments, management always thinking of ways to cut people’s take home salaries, HR is not supportive and only listens to business not employees. No skill trainings t changing roles. Upon changing teams, company doesnt value your work and screws the appraisal for that year
