Only what I can see good is job security but also the other factors which can push you to lose your job.

Promising hybrid from last August but no solution, as per then for few employees they are not doing at for so called "team chain" Less salary with a huge 3.8% hike Can not see promotion untill you are a management employee Work satisfaction was good till some time but company has ruined it well. Everything including culture, work life, salary, promotion. They won't pay variable pay. Unnecessary deductions in salary with no reason. If we ask They will not respond but close the ticket telling policy without telling what policy says.

If we are looking for cool life then its good.. Work culture is good we can easily balance the prof and personal life.

Dislikes

Don't expect the hike and promotions. If we are working for pay then I shouldn't recommand this company but am sure the life will go cool with less work presure here

Fully hindi speaking people control higher population.Ratings are not given base on skill and capabilities.mostly south people will be under estimated purosely by north people.

8year bond for 12th students.education provided to techbee is not regular which will spoil future. South people are getting kicked by north people intentionally by giving flase ratings to ensure hindi speaking people sustainablity

CTC they offered and hand on salary was not same. HR shared information will joining was not matches with giving benefits. Leave policy was not satisfied. Managers are not giving free hand learn new technology. Managers are not rude but they always give new tasks.
