Teamsmates are great, training okay. No job security. Ask the present employees when was their last appraisal. Many are working as there is no choice (Majbiri) working twelve hours a day seven days a week.

Dislikes

HR CHANGES within less than a year. Sorry to say HR becomes puppet of the company.I cannot blame the HR though. great for college students as a present training centre before the actually begin their career.employee discrimination etc.
