*in line with skin development and learning, the company has provided materials. Eg catalogue that have detailed information, online lessing about our Hisense products. Which is amazing. *monthly payments are mostly usually done on time, which is very good. Works well with my budgeting and the likes. *personally, I get to meet new people on a daily. Me being a sales personnel, that's good.

Dislikes

*firstly in relation to timely response towards customer complaints, we can do better on that field. Our clients are the most important aspect in our sales field. *No proper motivation as we move forward, in like with financial support, would be very considerate and encouraging if they increased our pay in line with cost of living,which is always going up.. that would be so motivating and a push to do better. *As an employee working for Hazida, I have nothing to show that this is what my company gave me, no proper care and consideration on this part. Atleast the company would after two(2) to three(3) years show appreciation to the employee's by maybe giving them products could be anything, it would go a long way. Eg we would love to say thank u for your hard work,effort and loyalty towards this company. And as a way of appreciation the company has gifted you this TV,fridge, microwave, etc... i would personally be overwhelmed with joy.. *Always working without much rest, not that we don't rest. But without enough rest, they company can consider allowing employee's go on paid leave. Just to relax, have sometime with family. Its tiring at times working through and through.
