Job security zero, salary not even single time regular. Not suggesting.

Dislikes

Work environment very negative. Career growth gone downward. Health insurance zero. Job timing 8.30 am to 7.00 pm, but not get any additional. Leave calculation changed frequently as per mood of higher management.

Good for internships and freshers.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management team dont want to address any issues or improve company management. Sometimes salary on time,sometimes salary late, career growth is slow. No proper training is given to new joinees.

Work Details

The job is quite easy and not a much of work. In beginning there was a bit struggle aa there was no formal training session.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
