The company itself has hit a low due to the lovkdown and has issues getting back to normal. There is opportunity for innovation but is hitting almost rock bottom financially. Thus there isn't much to expect else than come up with ideas to turn the challenge into opportunity.

Dislikes

There isn't much company can do for the employees because of the lockdown. So it is quite disheartening to find yourself not backed up by your company in such crisis.

Work Details

I look over most of the production process as well as meetings with the clients to generate the projects. The pandemic has given us a major setback as we are now assessing our calendar and renegotiating the projects through internet.
