I have been working there for the past three years as a production supervisor. As you all know the duties of a production supervisor. You have to face challenges there. You have to be alert on all the production criteria ,products etc. If any of the above mentioned points failed to execute you will be questioned by the senior emplo yers of the company. You have to focus on the workers ,their ability to execute the production , also you have to check the quality of the products been made. You have to schedule the work procedures as per the guidelines of the company. At all you have to be focus on the turnover of the company....Read More

I totally disagree with their compensation/benefits they give to the employees .

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
