I have been working there for the past three years as a production supervisor. As you all know the duties of a production supervisor. You have to face challenges there. You have to be alert on all the production criteria ,products etc. If any of the above mentioned points failed to execute you will be questioned by the senior employers of the company. You have to focus on the workers ,their ability to execute the production , also you have to check the quality of the products been made. You have to schedule the work procedures as per the guidelines of the company. At all you have to be focus on the turnover of the company.
