Likes

Great place to work specially for party lovers. Every day is a party and you enjoy your work. Variety of brands of alcohol to learn. Very professional and motivative seniors. Also you can pick up speed in making cocktails

Dislikes

The stores is really too much everyday. No equipment or lifts to carry heavy stores up. Very narrow stairs which people keep rushing up and down n you have to carry the store. Little bit problem with team communication and team work(specially with the juniors or 1 step ahead seniors)

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
