There should be good mechanism in raising of funds, and also one should not be blamed to have not raised more funds than others. HfH is a wonderful platform to get as close as possible to the humanity while serving the underprivileged. Salary increase or decrease doesn't matter, although they must think on it.

Everything is good except the understanding of seniors towards junior associates, although the seniors also had to answer their head ones. Overall it's good.

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me.
