I love the fact that I'm a part of a team.. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural background... I also like the employees re-hire policy here..

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high daily. I have to work 10-2 hours. I have to attend client call in the evening and sometimes late night..

I'm work back Office coordinator with counselling, generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging as day by day. Pitching for my company as marketer gets tiring and the task is slightly repetitive...

Likes

Very Bad work environment and culture. Teammates are very supportive and tha management is transparent.

Dislikes

Salary is low and career growth is very slow. There is a bond of 1year before which you cannot resign.

Work Details

I struggled a bit i the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me ger a taste of different roles.
