I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Work Details

Hectic but as I enjoy my work so never took pressure and enjoyed it. Got opportunity to deal with clients & solve the grievances of the employees/staffs.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
