* Late salary payment * Late hours working * No appreciation * No work management * You have to explain every second of your day to senior partner. * They can penalties you for talking on your mobile phone * Not allowed to leave job, unless you are ready to give up at least 1 month salary irrespective of notice period. * They only know about excel is vlookup and pivot table. * No bonus, perquisites * No leave allowed in any month * Disparity in pay between same level employees...Read More

Dislikes

Hardly to dislike about the firm since it always takes care of the employees and gave us the emotional touch to work with full on zeal. Since it was 6 years back, the only thing was on compensation which i now believe would have changed as per the current growth of the firm.
